The most horrible experience that I’ve ever had in Las Vegas in my life 42 years. Whenever recommend it to anybody.

Checking in was a slow process, then had to be ‘upgraded’ to a premium room at an additional charge. Toilets didn’t flush properly. The only time we had to try out the ‘biggest hooters’ it was lined up with barely any staff working so we didn’t bother. Elevators weren’t working properly. The pool is covered in shade most of the day. Our key cards didn’t work properly. Was over charged for my stay and am still trying to get a hold of a manager to help me, with no responses back through email or phone. Don’t waste your time and money on this place.

Room was dated and filthy. Check in was a nightmare with unexpected fees, a large deposit and not getting the room we paid for. Lift didn’t work all weekend.

The room and facilities are decent value for money - unfortunately the service from the staff is poor. Very unhelpful at check in and despite being here for four days we’ve had no clean towels or bedding even though I spoke to one of the housekeeping staff who assured me she would sort these out. Sleep is disrupted due to the very loud air conditioners it you get what you pay for I suppose

I BOOKED ONE RESERVATION WITH THREE ROOMS. I REACHED OUT TO MAX - GENERAL MANAGER OF HOTEL (TERRIBLE) - THEN REACHED OUT TO LISA DIRECTOR OF HOTEL (TERRIBLE) REGARDING GETTING CHARGED THREE TIMES FOR RESOR FEES. I WAS FRUSTRATED WITH THAT EXPERIENCE AND ASKED TO HAVE MAYBE ONE WAIVED AS IT WAS A TRIP FOR MY SON AND DAUGHTER 21ST BIRTHDAY. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. GOT TO ROOM AND ROOM WAS NOT LIKE THE PICTURES. SPOKE WITH LISA AGAIN ABOUT THAT. THIS TIME NO RESPONSE FROM HER AT ALL. I GO TO VEGAS ALOT AND EVERY OTHER HOTEL I HAVE STAYED AT HAS WAIVED A RESORT FEE FOR A BIRTHDAY THANK YOU. MY OPINION, WHICH I WILL GO BACK TO DOING, PAY THE LITTLE BIT OF EXTRA MONEY AND STAY AT A DIFFERENT HOTEL AND CASINO. TRUST ME YOU WILL BE THANKING ME FOR PUTTING THIS OUT THERE. PLEASE LOOK AT THE PICS BELOW. I WILL CONTINUE POSTING THEM SO OTHERS DONT GIVE AWAY THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY AS I DID, ESPECIALLY AS A VETERAN.
